CARDBOARD CORNER
The cardboard corner is used as reinforcement to improve the strength characteristics of the unit load against vibrations and stresses. The cardboard corner is a material derived from paper, thicker and harder than it.
It is usually made up of several layers. the two exteriors being smooth, which gives the structure great mechanical resistance. The weight of the paper, as well as the height of the waves, determine its consistency and, above all, its resistance to vertical compression.
- It helps as structural reinforcement inside large boxes and containers or outside decks that must be kept stable.
- Increases load capacity in pallets as additional support.
- Ideal to protect and avoid deformation of products and boxes when strapping or wrapping.
- Avoid costly damage due to deformation or collapse of your packaging during transfers.
- By using cardboard corner pieces, the stowed load is better protected and prepared to withstand vibrations and oscillations.
- It helps in the distribution of tensioning forces and the natural accommodation of loads.
